Professional Pixel Integrity Inspection

Our Zero Dead Pixel Detection Service includes a structured panel quality control process performed prior to pick up or shipping.

Each LCD/LED panel is tested using full-screen RGB and grayscale diagnostic patterns to identify:

Dead pixels (non-illuminating subpixels)

Stuck pixels (subpixels locked in red, green, blue, or white state)

Bright pixels

Dark pixels

Subpixel defects

Backlight inconsistencies or localized pressure marks

Testing Procedure

Full-screen solid color testing (White, Black, Red, Green, Blue)

Grayscale gradient inspection

Visual scan under controlled lighting

Close-range pixel matrix inspection

Edge and corner uniformity check

Panels are inspected at close viewing distance to detect even single-pixel anomalies.

Quality Standard

Screens that pass this service meet a zero visible pixel defect standard at time of inspection.

If any pixel defect is detected during testing, the panel will be replaced with a compliant unit prior to customer pickup or shipment.

Information

Return and Refund Policy

1. We do not warranty against broken, damaged or mishandled part.
2. Customers must report to us within 7 business days for "Dead On Arrival" or shipping damage issues.
3. For damage claims, customers must provide pictures of the packaging, shipping label, and item. Please retain the packaging and label until the product is tested
4. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits or exchanges.
5. All returned Goods will be subject to a full physical inspection by the Seller, and no replacement or refund will be issued until this inspection has been completed and the defect has been verified.
