Warranty

● All our screens conform to ISO 13406-2 NORMS, which specify an “acceptable” number of dead pixels by display category.
● By this standard, replacement screens are allowed to exhibit two malfunctioning pixels and five malfunctioning sub-pixels per million. On a 1080p display, four dead pixels and ten dead sub-pixels would be within ISO tolerances.
● The rare possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the manufacturing of LED screens and major manufacturers do not consider 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is enough to scrap the display. However, your satisfaction is our highest priority and we can exchange the screen for you if it has dead pixels. The responsibility of sending the screen back to us unused and without any physical damage lies with the customer.
● If you need a Zero Dead Pixel screen, please get in touch with us before placing an order.
● We offer a 6 month/180-day warranty on all our screens.
● We offer a 3 month/90-day standard warranty on all our Screen Assemblies.
● 12 Months Warranty for Laptop Adapter
● 90 Days Warranty For-Keyboard, LCD Back Lid, and Palmrest, Track Pad, Touch Bar, MacBook Touch ID Scanner

Returns

● If defect or damage is occurred in transit, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
● If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by writing to our offices 54 Sunny glen crescent, Ontario Brampton, L7A 2C7, Canada or by e-mail to info@ajparts.ca within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?

The Buyer shall inspect the goods following delivery & notify the Seller if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract.

● If defect or damage is occurred in transit, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

● Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, PayPal and all types of Cards. Please note, bank transfers may take some time to reflect.

Can I return or exchange the item?

● The Buyer may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days.

● If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

● Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense within 7 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey.

● The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.

● Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
